Laura concentrates on creating powerful, bright and fun portraits, using acrylic and/or oil paints. She has exhibited annually at Art Week Exeter and is a member of Devon Artist Network. She attained an A grade at GCSE and A-Level Art and obtained a BA and MSc at the University of Leeds studying Textiles and Fashion. She has completed many painting and drawing courses at The London College of Fashion, Joe Daisy Artist Studio and has recently studied on a course tutored by Gregory Mason, semi-finalist of SKY portrait artist of the Year. The courses have helped her to keep redefining, challenging and experimenting with her abstract techniques and methods.
